The DZAM (Amstetten Diagnostic Center)—an imaging facility equipped with CT, MRI, and other large-scale medical equipment that serves a large part of the Mostviertel region—handles 300 to 400 calls a day. The center has been using fonio for about two months and saves one to two hours a day as a result: fonio filters out irrelevant calls and handles them directly, giving the team more time for essential tasks. Julia Leopoldinger rates the value for money as very good—her advice: “Test, test, test—the proof is in the pudding.”
Looking ahead, she would like to see calendar integration for automatic appointment scheduling, as well as improved statistics within the app.
