Is there a free trial period?
We do not offer a free trial. If you're unsure whether fonio.ai is right for you, arrange an appointment with one of our experts or review our case studies.
Do you charge per minute?
Even better – we bill by the second. You only pay for the actual call duration. A call of, e.g., 2 minutes and 30 seconds is charged exactly for 2.5 minutes.

Note: A minimum charge of €0.05 applies to every call, even if unanswered or very short.
Do I have to top up manually?
No, you can enable auto top-ups. If your credit drops below a threshold, it is automatically topped up using your saved payment method.
What happens if my credit reaches €0?
Once your credit is depleted, the AI will stop working. You will receive timely reminders before this occurs. We recommend enabling auto top-up to avoid disruption.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and SEPA direct debit.
How are integrations billed?
All services — phone minutes or add-ons — are deducted directly from your credit balance.
