Where and how is fonio.ai developed?
We are one of the few providers of AI call assistants in Europe developing our own orchestration layer. This ensures that all data remains fully under our control. That’s what makes Fonio special – most other providers simply white-label US services.
Can the AI Call Assistant only answer incoming calls or also make outgoing calls?
The AI Call Assistant can also make outgoing calls. An API key can be created for this purpose – once a phone number is sent to the API, our system automatically initiates a call in real time. Additional variables, such as the customer’s name, can also be included to make each conversation more personal and context-aware.
How quickly can I get the AI Call Assistant up and running?
The implementation time depends on the level of integration required with your existing systems. The AI can be set up within just a few minutes and is ready to use immediately afterward.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
