Daniel Keinrath and Matthias Gruber founded fonio.ai in mid-2024 to support SMEs with high volumes of telephone support calls.
The platform enables companies to create a personalized AI telephone assistant that is available around the clock and conducts natural conversations. Companies can choose a specific voice for the AI and provide it with specific rules and important information. The AI can forward calls under certain conditions, book appointments and access CRM and ERP systems in real time.
Every call is automatically transcribed. The collected data can be stored on the platform, sent by email or transferred directly to existing systems.
fonio.ai supports both incoming and outgoing calls and provides its own telephone numbers for this purpose, which are available directly via the platform. Since its launch in September 2024, the platform has already gained thousands of customers and is the market leader in the DACH region.
