Am I exclusively tied to fonio as an affiliate?
No. You are free to decide which tools or providers you recommend, including alongside Fonio.
Do I need to support customers or provide service?
No. As an affiliate, you do not provide support. Onboarding, Support, and Operations are handled by Fonio.
How often is my commission paid out?
Payouts are made once a threshold of 100 euros is reached, or collected and paid once per year.
Can I do more than just recommend later on?
Yes Active affiliates can switch to another partner status if they are interested and perform.
Am I exclusively tied to fonio.ai as a partner?
No. You are free to decide which companies or solutions you recommend to your customers, including our competitors.
How often is my kickback paid out?
Payouts can be triggered each time the 100 euro threshold is exceeded, or once every 12 months.
Do I have to support my customers myself?
No. You can decide whether you support customers yourself, provide occasional assistance, or hand over full support to Fonio.
Who supports the customers?
This is flexible. You can support your customers yourself or leave support to us, depending on your preference.
Is a white label version of Fonio possible?
No. For reasons of transparency towards end customers and due to data protection and compliance requirements, we do not offer white label solutions.
Who invoices the end customer?
You do as the reseller. You purchase volume from fonio and bill your packages directly to your customers.
Who is responsible for support and operations?
You handle first and second level support as well as the customer relationship. fonio is responsible for the platform, operations, product development, and third level support.
Who is the reseller model suitable for?
Primarily for agencies, system integrators, and other companies with an existing customer base, their own support structure, and the goal of selling fonio as a scalable part of their service portfolio.
