Where and how is fonio being developed?
We are one of the few providers of AI telephone assistants in Europe that are developing our own orchestration layer. This allows us to ensure that all data remains with us. This makes fonio special, as most other providers usually whitelabel US services.
Can the phone assistant only accept incoming calls or can it also make outgoing calls?
For outgoing calls, API key can be created on fonio. As soon as a phone number is transmitted to this API, our system initiates a call in real time. In addition to the phone number, variables such as... can also be used. The name will be given out in order to personalize the conversation.
