Due to high demand, clinic operators receive thousands of calls per month with recurring questions about locations, services, and availability. This heavy phone load consumed a great deal of time in the consulting team and made it difficult to focus on individual and more complex concerns.
With fonio's AI phone assistant, Kur + Reha GmbH was able to automatically pre-qualify and handle around 5,000 calls per month. The AI identifies the caller's concern, answers general questions about clinics and services, determines which clinic is the right fit, and routes relevant conversations directly to the consulting team. This saves several hundred hours of phone time per month.
