
Volkswagen Gebrauchtfahrzeughandels & Service GmbH (VGSG) uses fonio.ai across its branches to improve telephone availability and efficiently automate customer inquiries. Unanswered calls are automatically forwarded to the AI, so no customer request goes unnoticed.
"The use of voice agents is an important part of our AI strategy!", says Lars Nerenberg (Head of Business IT).
The benefit is especially evident outside opening hours. "Particularly on weekends, this is a huge advantage. If someone sees an offer on a Sunday, they can call right away", reports Christian Seitz (Branch Manager Hannover). The AI answers questions, conducts an initial consultation, and hands off the request, including a summary, to the right contact person.
