My name is Heide Schneider, a TÜV-certified AI expert and founder of AI-Campers®. I help campgrounds become more modern and, at the same time, more people-oriented—not just by using AI assistants to handle routine tasks and lighten the load on staff. As someone who grew up camping, I’ve been familiar with the dynamics of this market for decades. Today, I combine this experience with my expertise in communication and artificial intelligence to help campgrounds operate more smoothly and provide guests with a noticeably better experience. In addition, I lead workshops for guests, thereby helping to break down barriers to artificial intelligence.
